About Clean Cooking Revolution
The use of open fires and traditional cookstoves and fuels is one of the world’s most pressing health and environmental problems. According to the World Health Organisation, unhealthy and unsafe cooking causes more deaths than HIV/Aids and Malaria combined, with over 4 million casualties worldwide.
Clean Cooking Revolution is an impact-driven, social venture, that wants to improve lives in townships and rural communities in multiple ways, focusing on the distribution of clean cookstoves and the necessary fuel; easy and cost-effective. Our mission is to kill the ‘killer in the kitchen’.
We currently work in a growing number of townships in South Africa, from our head office in Cape Town.

Four our Cape Town office we are looking for passionate people that can help us with the marketing and sales of our stoves. We are interested in finding committed young professionals to conduct all facets of our daily business. This involves all aspects of promotional sales (giving demonstrations and sales support), logistics (preparing and distributing stoves), marketing (website, social media, setting up promotional projects), and office support (financial and stock administration and reports). Candidates must be open-minded, able to work independently and not be afraid of hard work in sometimes difficult circumstances in townships.

- Education: Business Administration/Management, Marketing or Communications
- Passion to create positive impact for people and planet

- Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills, ‘start-up’ mentality
- Preferably you have one or more of these competencies: sales, marketing, project management, website creation, social media, video making and editing, powerpoint.
